We recently stayed at a hotel and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. We were also pleased with the hotel facilities and its convenient location.

When it came to the negative aspects, it was hard to think of anything.

The location of the hotel is convenient, it's close to many shops and restaurants. don't expect cleanliness as the hotel is infested with cockroaches. the room is small and poorly maintained, the bathroom is dirty and smelly. the food is also not served on time and the staff is unprofessional.

The hotel charges way too much for the poor quality of service and facilities.

Despite the negative experiences, there were some positive aspects to our stay which were worth mentioning. the hotel offered some useful amenities that added convenience to our trip. the location was close to key destinations which made it easy for us to move around. we enjoyed the friendly and helpful services provided by certain staff members which added more value to our stay.
